EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Snow Belt Housing seeks an Executive Director to lead its efforts in serving Lewis County. The ideal candidate will have a background in affordable housing, management, and nonprofit operations. This position provides leadership, vision, and strategic direction under the guidance of the Board of Directors. Responsibilities include fostering relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, preparing the annual agency budget, supervising staff, developing program guidelines, managing contracts, and securing funding from various sources. Qualifications: 2+ years of management experience; A strong background in nonprofit leadership, grant writing, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are preferred.
