Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed areas of High Falls, Whitton Place, McNeil Park Apartments, Valley View, and Steeple View Courts, including the Community room, common areas, individual apartments, hallways, restrooms, and within 25 feet of any entrance, exit, open window, or air intake of the building. This policy applies to all residents, guests, workers, and employees. Violations will result in a lease violation and possible termination of tenancy in accordance with lease provisions.Application Process

Completing STEP 1 will allow you to prequalify for services without having to supply all of the verification documents, will secure your place on our waitlist based on the date you submit the information and allow you to ask any specific questions you have regarding services you are applying for.

Step 2: Complete Full Application and Supply Verification Documents
- How? Fill out all information, sign all required documents and consent forms, return all required documents. Verifying documents are required by funding source.
- Why? Completing STEP 2 will allow staff to verify your eligibility for services.
